We have been at it again!

Opening up controllers, connecting pins and messing up with the electronics, all in the name of Internet of (bed)Sheet. The sensors are slowly going up, and in order to make everything work without falling apart, we need to add some solder.

The force-sensitive resistor (FSR) is soldered firmly in place:

All in all, many cable endpoints have been soldered and tightened up with some electrical tape, and are soon ready to be mounted.
